Martin Myers is a Professor of Pediatrics and Preventive Medicine and Community Health, former Director of the Department of Health and Human Service’s National Vaccine Program, Associate Director for Public Health and Education and graduated Princeton University. Through his studies, experiments and medical cases, Myers tries to remove the barriers of some people that are against vaccines because of some risks that might occur. He is a great and active a proponent of safety vaccines, even in their experimental forms. He is an author or co-author for more than 150 articles and publications concentrated on methods to prevent infections on children.
Diego Pineda, MS is the author of “Becoming a Medical Writer: How to launch a successful career in writing about medicine and health” and a very passionate medical journalist. Pineda is a Consultant for the World Health Organization in the Vaccine Safety Net Project since 2009, and the Science Writer and Director of Publications for Immunizations for Public Health where he works since he obtained his master’s degree in Science and Technology Journalism from Texas A&M University in 2003. Along his career as a journalist he wrote more than 100 hundred articles or publications on vaccines and immunization.
